CV Infotech started in Gurugram in 2012 with one goal: build software that works, deliver it when promised, and be honest when something is harder than it looks. Ekta Singh Sikarwar and Akash Singh founded the company with an early focus on international clients who needed a reliable, senior-level development partner in India.
As the company grew, the hiring philosophy stayed the same: bring in senior people who own their domain completely. Shubham Bhardwaj joined as Senior Project Manager, bringing PMP®, PMI-ACP® and ITIL certifications alongside 7+ years of technology project leadership. Gopal Sharma brings 13 years of engineering experience. Vikramjeet Singh brings 12 years. These are not junior teams managed by a senior front man — they are the people doing the work.
