KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in MERN Stack.
  • Designing and building applications/systems based on wireframes and product requirements documents.
  • Working on back-end and front-end development of core scripts using MongoDB, Express, React.js, Node.js.
  • Unit testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability.
  • Writing reusable, easy to maintain, latest versioned code using DRY principles.
  • Integrating existing tools and business systems (in-house tools).
  • Addressing and improving any technical issues.
  • Must have experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS.
  • Must have good exposure in creating dynamic web pages.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
    • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
    • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
    • Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
    • Experience with data structure libraries.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
    • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
    • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

      • Must have experience in filling IT-related positions like Web Developer (WordPress, Laravel, etc.), Android Developer, React Native Developer, UI/UX Designer, SEO Executive, etc. within the organization.

      • Developing own network of suitable candidates.
      • Executing recruitment plans efficiently and effectively.
      • Drafting and posting job descriptions.

      • Networking with various institutions and social media for recruitment purposes.

            • A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
            • The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills
            • Proven success in link-building and viral strategies
            • The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy
            • A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO
            • A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
            • Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
            • Setup ASO Strategy to optimize and improve app discoverability in Google Play and app store and improve app conversion rates.
            • Analyze the performance of various trending apps on the Play Store App store and create ASO Strategy.
            • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic ASO and SEO success.
            • Develop and implement link building strategy.
            • Develop and Update the company's App Store Optimization strategy to take the app to the leading position for appropriate keywords.
            • An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry
            • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
